Our Priority Specialization

DIGITAL LAW

Digital law is a relatively new area of law that encompasses several branches of law and regulates relations related to IT. The broad and rapid implementation of digitalization and automation in social relations creates the need for proper regulation at both the legislative and contractual levels, as well as leads to specific disputes. In Kazakhstan, there are very few lawyers who focus their activities specifically on digital law. Due to the novelty of the issues that need to be addressed in the legal analysis of such cases, appropriate specialization and qualification are required. Our lawyers have significant experience in programming, in developing legislation in the field of informatization, and in judicial practice to provide qualified legal assistance on digital law issues. Considering that digitalization has penetrated almost all major spheres of life, the knowledge and skills of our lawyers in this area are in demand when analyzing and resolving other cases.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The legal protection of any property has always been required, especially intellectual property, as such ideas (information) cannot be hidden behind a lock. In this area, qualified legal support and protection are essential. Our lawyers have the necessary theoretical and practical training to successfully realize your rights in the field of intellectual property.

LAND LAW

Land has always been and remains a valuable asset, often the basis for successful business. Our lawyers have significant experience in interacting with government bodies for the use and protection of land, judicial practice, the development and clarification of land legislation, as well as many legal norms related to land relations, involving peasant and farmer households.

ADMINISTRATIVE JUSTICE

Receiving public services, challenging inspection results, and other relations with government agencies particularly require compliance with many formalities for a positive resolution of the issue and protection against its revision in the future. Successful interaction with the state often requires knowledge and skills specific to the work of government agencies. Our lawyers have extensive experience working in government bodies, participated in the development of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as many legal norms regulating state control and supervision.

NORMATIVE ACTIVITY

Normative activity in Kazakhstan is conducted very actively. However, for the successful implementation of business projects, the existing regulatory framework often turns out to be insufficient and imperfect. This is due, firstly, to the relative youth of the state, and secondly, to the acceleration of the development and changes of social relations themselves. The activity of developing new legal norms significantly differs from the application and clarification of existing legislation. Ordinary practicing lawyers are not suitable for this work. The development and legal support for the adoption of new regulatory acts are very specific and require special knowledge, practice, and skills. Our lawyers have many years of diverse experience in normative activities. They participated in the development of 40 draft laws and more than 1500 subordinate acts of the Government and ministries.
